H.U. Cells, Inc. The Company shall use acquired personal information only within the scope of the purpose of use, and shall take measures to ensure that such information is not used for any other purpose.

3. Ensuring the Security of Personal Information

The Company shall take reasonable security measures and corrective measures to prevent risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

4.Requests for Disclosure, etc. and Complaints Regarding Handling of Personal Information

The Company shall respond sincerely and promptly to requests for the disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc. of personal information and complaints, etc. from the person in question.
